Great result for the club last week with both the senior and reserve teams winning their matches. With the U19’s having a bye the day started with our reserves taking on Waverley Blues who sit third on the ladder and narrowly defeated us in their first game earlier this year. Despite only having 20 players the reserves started well and kicked five goals to one in the first quarter to set up the win, they never looked out of the contest and…

A weekend of football we would much rather forget with all three teams comprehensively beaten by Nth Ringwood, to say the conditions played a part would be somewhat true but all teams had to play in it.
The U19's started the day in the rain with only 16 players and to their credit gave it their all as they do each week but playing outnumbered is always a tough assignment, despite the result they never gave up and battled all day, best players -…

A wet weekend for football at home saw the U19’s come up against Mulgrave while the reserves and seniors played East Burwood. In very wet slippery conditions the 19’s battled hard all day against the top side in the division who showed why they are flag favorites, despite only having 16 players available our boys never stopped trying all day and are a real credit to the club. Best players – Team Effort.

The reserves had a point to prove in their…

Last week against Doncaster East all three teams managed to be competitive but only our reserves team was able to come away with a win. The U19's started slow in the wet slippery conditions with Doncaster East managing to get a good score on the board in the first quarter setting them up for the game. Despite the difference in the scoreline the 19's really battled hard for four quarters and can be proud of their efforts, best players R.Hardy,…

Last week we travelled out to East Burwood Reserve for the first time since 2003 to play a home-and-away game. With the U19's having a bye our reserves started the day in perfect conditions with East Burwood kicking with the breeze and taking the game right up to us in the first quarter. Plenty of hard work from our midfield gave us more scoring opportunities in the second term and we took a slim 9-point lead at the main break.

Knowing we…
