The EFL has received confirmation from the Donvale Football Club that it will not be fielding senior, reserve or under-19 teams in the EFL in season 2014.
As a result, Division 2 will now be a nine-team competition with a bye in the fixture where Donvale had previously been.
That means the Bayswater Football Club will have a bye in Rounds 4 and 11 this season.
