With the U19's having a bye our reserves started the day in perfect conditions with East Burwood kicking with the breeze and taking the game right up to us in the first quarter. Plenty of hard work from our midfield gave us more scoring opportunities in the second term and we took a slim 9-point lead at the main break.

In wet conditions at home last week all three sides were once again competitive but unable to get a win on the board. The U19s started confident but Nth Ringwood really started well and despite our best efforts managed to keep us scoreless in the first half. The Bayswater veterans will host Scoresby in a night game at Bayswater Oval on Friday, May 16 at 7pm.

Mixed results last week for the club playing Mooroolbark, our newly formed U19 team played four consistent quarters but were against a formidable team who played fantastic football.

A fantastic start to the season last Friday night playing Mulgrave under lights, while the result didn't go our way our young senior group played our brand of committed football for four quarters.
